Individual therapy

$200 per session

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to explore what's getting in the way of the life you want. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, or a sense that something feels off, therapy helps you slow down, gain clarity, and develop the insight and tools to move forward. Sessions are tailored to you — your pace, your goals, your story — with a clinician who brings both warmth and deep professional expertise to every conversation.

Couples therapy

$300 per session

Supportive couples therapy delivered by an expert clinician certified in the Prepare/Enrich model — a research-based approach to strengthening relationships, improving communication, and navigating life's challenges together. Dr. Atkinson also trains and certifies other therapists in the Prepare/Enrich model, bringing a depth of expertise that directly benefits the couples she works with.
